EXIM send email with wrong date format

We have a strange behaviour with EXIM with the time_stamp parameter. The date detection at email header is the same than the date at my DA server. The exim.conf don´t have any parameter regard the timezone.
Additionally I execute exim command showing:

[root@whosting1 America]# exim -bP | grep timezone
no_log_timezone
timezone =

The timezone is empty.

At my outlook pop3 client I receive a wrong date and is the same problem at the webmail application. Please if any known this behaviour and how to fix I will be gratefull.

You'd have to post the headers from your email as it's received.
