Exim to disable transport size limit. IGNORE_SMTP_LINE_LENGTH_LIMIT=1

Some users started complain about bouncing mail with :
message has line too long for transport

Is it correct way to disable limit with IGNORE_SMTP_LINE_LENGTH_LIMIT=1 ? Where to place it?
