Exim update issue in CentOS 6.6

Hi,
I try to update exim by ./build exim d
and I got:

Please install ExtUtils::Embed for /usr/bin/perl
make: *** [configure] Error 1

but It's installed

Package perl-ExtUtils-Embed-1.28-141.el6.x86_64 already installed and latest version

I also try: http://help.directadmin.com/item.php?id=396
but it's didn't help, any other suggestions?
