exim + virtual accounts + PROCMAIL

hej i have very annoying problem.
How can i execute .procmailrc on virtual account?
I know how to do that only on "system" accounts , not virtual
i want to run a sms delivery when user will get an email so i need t execute an external program while mail is delivered.
please send any clues.......!!

i've managed to run sms delivery on virtual accounts.
if anyone needs a short howto ,just ask
