Exim with SSL

It seems Exim doesn't come with SSL set up by default. How would I go about setting this up?

I've already tried that. Exim listens on the correct port, but any connections to it seem to just hang after they establish.

Default question, firewall? If so, ports open? Disable fw?

If it establishes a connection, then a firewall isn't the issue. I double checked with nmap too.

The firewall is set to accept connections by default and deny connections with explicit rules (none of which apply to smtps)
