It doesnt seems to send anything outside the server... but i can send to a e-mail on the server itself... whats wrong??

The message is telling you that the sender hasn't authenticated as a user on your server before requesting the mail be sent.

There are two ways to authenticate; one is to use a username-password combination, and the other is to try to receive email before sending.

Since both Outlook and OE try to send before receiving, this is a common issue.
