Is there a way to export folders, messages and address box from a DA email account?

You can find imap folders with the DA file manager.

I'm not sure what you mean by address box.

ok I guess my question is then, how do I export those messages in the folders, as well as the address book (sorry I said box earlier, silly me) into file(s) that I can import into something else? Or at least data I can work with?

You can download them.

I don't know what address book you're writing about. And I don't know where either of the two default webmail programs store their addressbooks. perhaps someone else does and will respond.
