Extend Filemanager

Features request (FileManager):

1. Ability to Create .tar.bz2, .tar.gz, .zip
2. Ability to Unpack .tar.bz2, .tar.gz, .zip

because most client who has not an SSH account, wants upload single archive and then unpack it himself (w/out request admin "to unpack")

You can already do tar.gz, just not the other two. It might not be a bad idea to add .zip support.
