Hi

I'm constantly running into problems where a client has external email services (internal to them) and whenever they run any email marketing campaigns, use contact forms on their own Web sire or do anything that involves sending email from the server that hosts their Web site, the email never arrives because it is marked as a "local delivery".

I'm not sure there is a convenient way around this, however I'd be willing to implement a work-around if anybody has any ideas?

Kind regards

This has been asked and answered many different times on the DirectAdmin Forums. As user make the correct changes under MX Servers. If you can't see the link then make sure DNS is turned on for the user.

Indeed, be sure not to check the box stating: "Use this server to handle your mai".

Uncheck the box and provide the right mail.domain.ext. record, remind the extra dot at the end!
