Externally hosted Subdomain

www.mysite.com is hosted on IP XXX.XX.X.X in the UK and I would like to set up a pointer to redirect traffic to IP YYY.YY.Y.Y in the US for the subdomain demo.mysite.com

Any advice?

In DNS for mysite.com zone, Enter line like this:

demo IN A yyy.yyy.yyy.yyy
