Extracting files

Is there a way to extract a joomla template that comes bundled with the actual joomla script. When I click the Install.php file it does not launch. I don't want to use script installer for various reasons.
Unzip/Unrar does not seem to be a feature in Direct Admin. The thread that was posted in the past as a solution does not work.

I've moved the thread; if anything, this is a user issue, not a DirectAdmin related issue (close to being off-topic).

DirectAdmin has nothing to do with unzip or unrar; those are programs included (or not) with your operating system.
