Fail to upload file to "public_html"

I applied a new freehosting service and when i try to upload file to the "public_html", I got below error message:
Checked that i got 1000 MB free space.

Unable to open /home/kantone1/domains/xxxxxxx.com/public_html/index.htmlxYfrLT for writing
Warning: Saved filesize is less than uploaded filesize. Check quotas.

Even i try to create a new file, got below error msg:
Unable write /domains/xxxxxxx.com/public_html/inded:Error opening
/domains/kantonese.com/public_html/indedacXzPv for writing: Permission denied

Already sent ticket and no reply ... searched this forum and cannot find a solution.

Might be because this forum is for admins and resellers (directadmin customers), not for helping end customers (hosting customers only using DA).

Check with your host.
If you are an admin, then check quota's.
