FastCGI Setup Error

When i try to instal fast cgi as default of apache i got this on step 3 instead of a tar file
commands are
mkdir /var/src
cd /var/src
wget "http://uk3.php.net/distributions/php-5.5.0.tar.gz/from/this/mirror"


[root@vps11 ~]# cd /var/src

You should use custombuild of installing PHP. If that's not a directadmin powered server, then you should try your luck on another forums,
 
Direct admin powered server

I am runing directadmin on my server as contro panel.
Will u please tell me how to instal php latest edition?? as i am runing php 5.3 now
