Fatal error: Unknown: Failed opening required index.php in Unknown on line 0

Hi everybody.
I'm using shared hosting, DA.
Recently I requested to change the server to have newer PHP.
But now I see this odd error:

Fatal error: Unknown: Failed opening required '/home/{username}/domains/{domain}/public_html/index.php' (include_path='.:/usr/local/lsws/lsphp5/lib/php') in Unknown on line 0

I deleted my .htaccess file, I edited the index.php file but nothing changed, this error is still up.
Of course when I deleted the index.php, it returned error 403.

Any help will be appreciate it.

Hello,

Do you run LiteSpeed server? If not then php.ini might be wrong as far as I see it from include_path='.:/usr/local/lsws/lsphp5/lib/php'.
