Where might I start please. I am building on Wordpress. Might this be on WP's end or is it processes on DA's end requiring my Host's help? Or is the CPU spike also of concern as well. Server loading slow and my host recommends I upgrade.

Thanks

you can find on this page "snapshots" - logs at faulted moments (which processes caused etc)

Thank you. I have tried to look into snapshots. At the moment, snapshots seems to use the same time as me, while the time on the graphs under (popup in yellow) Current Usage do not. This makes it hard for me to make helpful sense. The issue is that this fault spike does not happen all the time. So I needed to match a snapshot to a spike on the graph, it seems at best. I did have to set permission by hand after migrating from another host and wonder if I may have left a folder or two without the correct permission.

I see the below processes being the latest recorded. Does it mean they were running concurrently? If yes, then I reckon I would see why they would exceed 100% max when aggregated. Also, would the limit then result in the 'Faults' spikes? Thanks

Turned out to have been an issue on the host side's. They duplicated and moved my account to another hardware and the loading issues went away.
