favicon does not showing up

Not sure if this is the right place for this question...

I'm having a account with a DA panel.
All is working except the favicon in the browsers.
I have uploaded the favicon.ico in the html directory but still not showing up.

Do someone have any idea?
Is there a hidden setting somewhere?
Is this an Apache related thing?

Having same issue, this issue however is from an admin account.

i uploaded the favicon to domain.com in the public_html directory, and its not working.

However i can upload it to another domain and even sub-domains of the other domains and it will work.

just this 1 domain it seems isn't working

is there anything in apache i can try to debug this issue?

if anyone has a answer, i would love to know the solution.
