As the name suggests. At admin and reseller level have a button when viewing a users account to "reset the domain".

this resetting would basically verify all aspects of their account is in order and fix things that are broken.

e.g. if a customer accidentally deletes their domains folder, it would re-create all the folders/sub folders with the correct permissions.

This problem occurs a lot so this feature would rock my socks off!

Would this actually be better at the User Level? If it's safe, why not give Users the ability to fix their own issues and leave the Reseller's alone ;) Of course, a Reseller can still use the "login as" button and click it themselves.

Not if we want to charge them for the reset :D

I think it should be made an option that the admin and/or resellers can turn on or off. When the feature is on, users have the ability to use this utility to reset their accounts. If the option is turned off, then they don't have the option. Admins should be able to turn it on and off for both users and resellers and the resellers should be able to turn it on and off for their users, providing that the admin has given the reseller permission to do so. Just my $0.02. :)

John, I'll go with the guys suggestions on this. Have it available at the plan level per reseller/user level.

Sounds fair.

I'd also see fit to charge 5 euro per reset or similar. Especially when the clients normally only get charged a few euro a month!

Yes

I would like this feature as well.
But only on an admin based level.
That the user can not click on reset by accident, just checking out what the link would do...

Sorry for replying to such old topic.
We also like this feature and as far as I can tell it isn't there already. Customer requests for resetting their accounts are increasing. This feature is very welcome.
