I guess the `name` field in `user.conf` is for storing the full name of a user, but when I try to enter (/CMD_SHOW_USER?user=username) a name with non-ascii characters I get an error. Would be probably great to have this fixed 
[Feature Request] Allow UTF-8 characters in the name field of user.conf.
