Feature request and minor typos

Hi folks,

All in v1.37.0:

Feature Request (arguably a defect): all webpages generated by DirectAdmin user interface have the same title ("$SERVERNAME - DirectAdmin v$VERSION"). This makes browsing history useless. Please modify the generated titles to include some or all of the following:

• Page description
• Domain name when relevant
• Email address when relevant
• Database name when relevant

Typo on /CMD_DNS_MX?domain=example.com

Making modifications to the MX records can potentially disable all of your email accounts from recieving mail.

Should be "receiving".

Typo at /HTM_EMAIL_FORWARDER_CREATE?DOMAIN=example.com

You can also specify multiple entires in the "Forwarder Name" field

Should be "entries".
