[Feature Request] PowerSeller option, a way to check mail flooding

Powerseller - reseller with the option to make resellers.
Mail flooding - like in cPanel u can see if any user is spaming with the mail-server.

How does cPanel determine if a user is spamming? Parse the logs?
Perhaps a plugin could be made that would do this.

I could also go for a more advanced account levels. (Such as Users also being resellers)

There is an email user panel, just install an email-only skin.

No, I mean a seperate control panel for each email user, like in Plesk and Cpanel. So that each email account can control their passwords, autoresponders, vacation messages, spam filters, etc.
