I just saw the Cingular commercial on TV and it hit me, why couldn't the same concept apply to DirectAdmin? Have a button to enable/disable roll-over bandwidth for clients so that what bandwidth isn't used at the end of the month is tacked onto their next months plan.

That's only my opinion...
..most of the admins 'use' bandwidth so that users will know they can only use certain amount of transfers...but for what? - so that connection speed for next users won't be that much slowed down...
imagine to have 50 users that will not use account for some amount of time, because they are busy [ whatever..], and bandwidth goes to next month....however, other 50 people is using account "normally" and in next month ...- users will wait for page to load few minutes
so I don't think it would be good feature - unless it can be easily turned off ;-)

Well I'm thinking of this from a marketing perspective. I've found maybe 2 hosting companies that offer that, but I would have this marketed for those who have fluxuating bandwidth from month to month. Plus only offer it for certain packages/plans and even then limit it to 2 months concurrent saved bandwidth.
Obviously have it setup too where it can be turned off very quickly or not used at all by some webhosts. The idea is having it as a way to offer another feature that some people would buy a plan faster because of it. And allow admins a tad bit more control
