Feature Request: Subdomain manager

Hi, I would like to have, in my best control panel DA , a subdomain manager.

Exactly what I need is:

Be able to make a subdomain with an FTP access (like currently);
Be able to limit the disk space and bw;
Be able to view the BW stats;
Be able to block/unblock the port 80 (the subdomain is a dump FTP or a website hosting place);
Be able to see the stats of each subdomain on the same graphic;
