Feature requests: Cluster related

I believe this features will be nice:

- Cluster monitor (FEATURE) --> Open ticket if don't get API answer of one of the clusters of the node (accidental admin pass changed, license not renewed, not necessary server down can break the connection in cluster)

- Force syncronization (SKINS) --> Button to do the same as:

echo "action=rewrite&value=named" >> /usr/local/directadmin/data/task.queue

- DA DNS ONLY VERSION --> One user from the forum writed an emulator but an official dnsonly version at a low cost or free will be welcome ;-)
