Hello,
When a customer orders hosting — he gets a certain hosting package. We as maybe some others allow to buy extra Mbs and features additionally to the base limits.
And as soon as we add or update anything on «Modify user» page, we get Package set to «custom». That is not very informative and in some cases it even confuses and makes some mess.
We've got some old customers and nobody from us and nobody from them can remember, what package is used. It has been modified several times since the beginning and no information is saved.
QUESTION: Is it possible in any way to do it more informative, like it's done in HyperVM, where we've got in such a case:
?
I do understand, that if you change it to display in other way, it might break some 3rd-party software. That's why I ask you to add an extra field or an option, that would keep original package name and it would be changed only on other package selection.
Regards,
Alex.
