However, this has become obsolete for some time, since nowadays this can be done by using the "move users between resellers" option in the DA Admin section.
So it might be wise to either remove this section, adjust it to the new option, or leave it as is and add the fact that this is the "old way" (like with the access group) and the new way is done via the admin panel.
