FFmpeg MEncoder Mplayer FLVTool2

I'm doing a server migration and would like to test nginx

Could I install these modules:

FFmpeg
MEncoder
Mplayer
FLVTool2

Also I will need .htaccess

Any info on how to install the above module would be appreciated.
