file manager: actions

When I make a new file I can't edit it and some existing files can't be editted. Where can I make sure I can edit these files.

There is a list of files the DA file manager will not edit for security reasons but you should be able to modify most of them. Make sure that the ownership of the files are correct (they belong to your user) and that the files don't have extensions that DA is set to deny editing.

btw - What kind of files are you trying to edit? Regular .html .php ?
