File manager ?

Hello,

I have a domain : mydomain.com. I create a ftp account : user1 (chrooted in directory user1).
It is possible that user1 could use the file manager for browsing the FTP (because he WANT a web interface) ? And of course, he must be chrooted..
Any ideas ??
