i uploaded a forum backup to my public_html directory and i uploaded the database backup for the forum and i also changed the config.php file to show the new database but i still can not get the domain to find the forum in the web browser or any link for the domain but instead is a page that shows

Welcome to the home of xxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx

To change this page, upload your website into the public_html directory

so i know for sure that the domain is definatly pointing to the server

Try removing the file index.html. This file is created by DA by default. Most likely your forum software will have a file called index.php. Another thing you can do is to just rename the index.html file to something like index.html.bak if you want to keep it around. Let us know if this helps.

acually its was weird it starting working on its own i did nothing but thanks for the help bro
