File manager

Hi,
Could someone tell me if there is a file manager for directadmin that is like/similar to the one that I was using in webmin?

I really could do with one for root files etc.

There is a user level file manager only. You can use webmin along side directadmin fine though.

Sorry but you can't use webmin file manager now.. thats why I need a decent alternative.

Why not? My understanding is that you can, but you need to be very careful because Webmin and directAdmin do things very differently and if you're not careful you can break DirectAdmin.

However just using it for the filemanager should be fine.

There's an editor in the DirectAdmin admin level which can be used to edit files, but you need to tell DirectAdmin which files to allow it to edit.

Yeah I seen that file editor in DA but still not really useful, I will give webmin another try and post my results.

I had webmin installed for the last year or so and it worked just fine, then for some reason it just would not work just said something about permissions have change.
