I wanted to ask for forum users opinion, maybe can anyone suggest something.
We have our own proprietary store software, which I provide to customers as part of the subscription automatic running on our server.
How to secure the software and complete lack of access to files?
We use WHMCS + softaculous auto installer.
On the WHMCS side, we disabled access to DirectAdmin, PHPMYADMIN, database. On the DirectAdmin side, we have disabled the creation of ftp, ssh, ssh keys + user jailde accounts.
Is this completely sufficient or is there a loophole that we should cover?
The second thing,
How do you solve issues if you hire an external programmer to, for example, make a correction of some code? Do you give full access to the software or how to solve it?
