i mean, creating few accounts on the master server, uploading and configuring them, specifing 20-40 slave servers ip|user|pass\n by a textarea or from/to special "slaves" database, and hitting 1 button to sync the data across the slaves.

I can't tell if you are asking a question or if you are requesting a feature. Either way, multi server DNS has been around for a while now.
