File Upload issue

Hi there,
We faced a weird issue today while uploading a file through File Manager.
The file progress showed 100% without any error, but the file was not uploaded. After the process, again, the upload pop-up shows up with the Upload button.

We checked the issue if it was for a single user or for all the user and checked for the issue in some random user, and the problem was the same, the file was not being uploaded.
We run the ./build update & ./build all. After the update issue was fixed.
What was the issue, and where/how can we check it?

Could be several thing, maybe permissions or program which not was complied right. Hard to say
