Filename viewtopic.php blocked

Somehow the filename viewtopic.php is being blocked. If i change the filename to viewtopic2.php it works. Also viewtopic.html works without a problem.

Now for the big question, where can I find this? Who or what is blocking this filename.

We use php_secure, opendir is enabled, safe_mode=disabled and also clamav is installed, withoud mod_clamav using the update.script.

We installed a new server, leaving everything default and still have this problem. Any help is welcome.

I just tried on some of my DirectAdmin systems, and when I create a copy of phpinfo.php which I name viewtopic.php, it appears to work fine. So I think the problem has to be specific with something you're doing.
