Files Are Empty

Hello,

I have a huge problem.
Everythime I want to edit a page in the public_html of my domain, and I click 'Save' or even 'Cancel', the file size is 0.00 and empty.
Like this way, I can never upload, edit, add, update, new pages.

What is the problem?

Already done.
They do not know a solution and have maybe already contacted directadmin too.

The weird thing is that it only happens on my account.

There is a chance you are at or above your disk quota. That will zero out files.
