FileZilla and CSF

I'm using CSF. And sometimes CSF blocked user who used FileZilla with label "Port scan". How to fix this problem?

Check dmesg or system logs in order to find what ports are they trying to connect to within a session opened with FileZilla.
My guess would be you should open a valid range of passive ports which should match those ones specified in /etc/proftpd.conf
