I have a wordpress site in my server.(directadmin php-fpm nginx_apache pureftp)
Hacker upload a index.php file in public_html of this user.
How to find hacker IP?

Read apache logs to find IP.

You need target ip then you can find any hack ip.

Hacker upload a index.php file in public_html of this user.

If a hacker can upload a file, change the user's passwords and let the user check his computers for malware via for example ADWCleaner and Malware bytes and give the new passwords after cleaning.
If the hacker did it another way, you have to check your logs.
