Getting an error from awstat saying

"Error: An AWStats update process seems to be already running for this config file. Try later. If this is not true, remove manually lock file '/tmp/awstats.buzzjack.com.lock'. "

Only problem is using CMD_FILE_MANAGER, there doesn't seem to be any tmp directory.
IS this hidden or something? Or maybe File_Manager is not the correct tool?
Any pointers would be welcome. Thank you.

You need to log in to the server root and delete it from there.

/tmp is a shared directory that is used by almost everything and you don't want it accessed via File Manager or any way directly other then thru root. Or else you're going to be exploited big time..lol.

login to the server root via SSH and type:

rm /tmp/awstats.buzzjack.com.lock

Answer "y" at the prompt. :)

sullise,

That explains a lot. Thanks.
Know will have to fathom out how to access via SSH as I'm a newbie and only used Direct Admin so far.
