Finish install but cannot open control panel

I had installed DA successfully but i can't seen to open my control panel
http://my ip address:2222 but it gives me Page Load Error

I am on VPS and from ifconfig i get this
ifconfig
eth0 Link encap:Ethernet HWaddr 00:16:3E:3D:A0:50
inet addr:XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX Bcast:XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX Mask:255.255.255.248

so what should i add for devicename of

ethernet_dev=eth0:devicename

to /usr/local/directadmin/conf/directadmin.conf.?

No, because i can open my another directadmin control panel at shared hosting.

check the link to WHT.
manual start proftpd, httpd and directadmin.

run the below 3 commands
/etc/init.d/directadmin start
/etc/init.d/proftpd start
/etc/init.d/httpd start

I did. It wouldn't open before. It said something about a permission problem. But now it does.
