Fix and remove csf

Hi how i can uninstall completely csf i just ran uninstall.sh but still getting this in logs

i need to erase everything regards csf, as im using an external firewall on top that DA machine (pfsense). Or should i keep csf with pfsense? pfsense is on the main machine and DA is on a VMachine

Actually the message shows you that your pfsense firewall is not blocking brute forces. Which I totally understand as it's another machine, but this does answer your question... Yes, keep csf running on the vm to keep blocking these brute force attempts.

LFD (part of csf) analyses your webserver logfiles to determine if there is an attack and act accordingly to your settings in CSF. Your PFsense does not. In my opinion PFsense is an "in front" firewall that partly ease the job for CSF/LFD firewall to filter out some common attacks.

I have experimented myself with pfsense in front of my router to protect my home network (even bought a minipc for it). My conclusion it is not worth the trouble and I fully rely on the firewall in the router and the software firewalls on the hardware.
