fixing imapd/squirrelmail redownload bug

i know that if you leave your messages on the server, and then login to webmail, your pop client will redownload it. Everyone says this is an imapd thing, which it may be.

I know that it doesn't do it on cpanel/squirrelmail servers (just tested on a friends).

so it is possible to have this working, and it seems DA's the only CP that has this issue.

lets get it fixed

Agree...!

I try 2 different CP, Ensim & cPanel, they're never did like this.

I hope DA will have good solutions for this
