Flipping website

Hi,

I am new to DirectAdmin and I have a question regarding changing from one website to another one using DirectAdmin: I presently have standard html website that I want to change for a new website with joomla.

I managed to install and configure my joomla, it is under the public_html folder but now I would like my domain name to point on my joomla creation: how can I do this, do I have to play with the htaccess file? the index file? the dns management?

If your joomla system is in publc_html, it should just work. Do you mean it's in a subdirectory under public_html?

Give us your URL for your old site and the one for your Joomla site and we can probably help you.

But you should know this is NOT a DirectAdmin issue at all; it's a Joomla issue.
