Folder permissions

Hi,

I have a problem with creating users and adding domain names on my Debian 5.0 CentOS DirectAdmin server.

If I add a new user or a new domain name, then the directory public_html chmodded to 770. As a result I always hand the rights to be set.

How do I prevent this happening and how do I solve this problem? Thanks for the help.
