Hello,

I just reinstalled my Operating system on my Personal computer, but I didn't saved the mail messages, so i lost my password mail

Could I get a new password? Or do I need to create a new account?

Can you be more specific which password you would like to have?
If it's your email password, you might retrieve it via your Directadmin login, if not, ask your hosting provider.

If this is not what you mean, please be more specific.

Yes this is a bit unspecific, but I think he means the client id / password for his license.

You might want to mail support for this, as neither I can see a "forgot password" link.
