Forms on My website not submitting to email configuration

Please help me out as soons as possible. Just using Direct admin for the first time, the forms on my website are not forwarded to email address specified in form properties when site visitor clicks on submit.

I have enable Frontpage extension. it is showing enable with uder name form field saying, password needed to install.

What could be the problems?
