Forward email and leave a copy

Hello, currently I have email forwarding working fine but DA is not leaving a copy of the email message after it has been forwarded. Is this possible? It seems a forwarder can only point to other accounts but I want the copy left in the main account and not some other account.

As far as I know, normally if you create a forwarder for an existing account, the mail should be forwarded and delivered in the existing account.
Example.
If you have [email protected] and create a forward for [email protected] to [email protected] then mail should be in both places. At least this is how it was explained to me in the past.

Is this your current situation? And this is not working?

Be aware, that this will not function for the system account (main email account) as far as I know.

I believe this could be the problem -- I want to copy the emails received by the main account so that the main account gets them in addition to another account. I couldn't figure out how to do this (or if it's even possible!).

I forward my main account for years already, but don't have the mails in both (and I'm glad with that).
It's also why I always create system accouts (default accounts) with a name which normally won't be used as email address.

Maybe this can help, but I'm not sure, didn't test it.
