Forward http to https on port 2222

Last time I was using normal http for login to the control panel.. Now, I
have enabled https.. Therefore, the http://server:2222 is not working
anymore.. Is there anyway where I can forward all request to
http://server:2222 & http://server/config to https://server:2222?

It should already forward to the secure address, at least it does for me.
What Operating System and version of DirectAdmin are you running.

If you wanted to give your actual server IP address or domain, so others can test it, might be helpful.
