Well,
I had a very tough issue, with spammers, who had hailed one of my boxes beyond any kind of control. So I had to set-up mail limits for every client, since most of my clientbase, were using very easy passwords, thus the attackers had breached the smtp feature creating havoc. In any case, after installing the limiter, plus tweaking the exim.conf in order to avoid backscatter, forwarders ... have been gone away.
Thus none of the forwarders works properly anymore. Also I need to mention that I had setup a limit to the "unknown" user outgoing e-mail, since this was been abused by spammers as well (backscatter?).
Any ideas of how I can fix this?
Best Regards
Nick.
