fr/fb: Default mailbox size quota

I know the default is now 50MB, however, a lot of my clients use IMAP, so the limit is hit in no time - I guess they do not understand what the "Email Quota" means or what IMAP actually does (keeps all mail). I keep seeing my mail queue fill up with "mail-box full" errors.

Is there, or could we have an extra directadmin.conf option so we can set the default for the quotas?

To our clients know that they are about to lose messages due overloaded mailboxes, we use two types of alerts:

1) EXIM warning, sent to the mailbox owner http://help.directadmin.com/item.php?id=157

2) An daily script that scans all server mailboxes over 80% and alerts the account administrator. It is in our plans to publish this script here on the forum soon.
