[FR] Skin optimisation

If the skin is going to stay mostly the same for the next 5 years , it would be good if it could be optimised.
Some elements like the user package table could be put in separate files and be re-used. It would make customization easier and would speed up skin updates.

Are you referring to using 1 template for both the packages and user settings, rather than having the same form written out twice? (more or less)

Yes. Per example in the reseller folder, these 3 files print the same table and use almost the same Javascript:
-create_customized_user.html
-modify_user.html
-show_user_package.html
